A2 - There are a lot many factors affecting one's personality.
One can't pin point specific few. But the major factors which matter are the
atmosphere and surrounding of one's upbringing, till he/she starts developing
relations on his own. After a certain period, it totally depends upon the
individual as what he reads and watches, whom he listens and follows, what he
speaks is mostly of his choice.
So, choose people around you wisely and be very selective.
Read and watch the stuff which helps in improving you as an individual. Travel
to live, learn & evolve and not just to escape from somewhere. Last and
most important is identify, analyse and talk to yourself.

A3 - The answer is not as simple as as the question. Right from
attitude to your day to day habits, everything should be looked into and
changed/improved for a better persona.

Then decide the next step and develop your schedule and habits as per the
requirement.

on daily basis. Practise hard without fail, don't lose the track till the time
people in your circle identify a lot of improvement in you.
